User Interface and Experience
- HTTPS Post within Feedback External Destinations will once again work as expected.
The latest updates and improvements to the Centercode platform.
A fresh round of updates and improvements deployed in March bring a deluge of Dashboard enhancements. In addition, throughout the month, we've provided a veritable downpour of fixes for customer-sourced bugs which are also listed below.
We've added an awesome Phase Review section to the Delta Huddle Dashboard! A quick, informative overview of the features in the current active phase, the most recently closed phase, and the upcoming phase.
We've tuned Status Intent so that Resolved-Exclude intents are more accurately reflected on the Feedback Simple List and within Dashboards! Feedback marked as Resolved-Exclude will no longer have any impact on numerous metrics and calculations across the platform. This includes dashboards, Ted emails, and Feedback Impact stats.
Themes now default with gradient option disabled.
Continued efforts to polish C17. Dozens of UI and smaller functional issues were addressed in this release, as well as more mobile application tuning!
A fresh round of updates and improvements are on the way! In the latest patch we've
added additional functionality to our content, feature, and release creation tools, as well as adding additional information to our view/filter tool! In addition, throughout the month, we've continually deployed several bug fixes which we've also listed below.
Save your progress at-will when building robust Content! There's nothing worse than losing work to a software or hardware malfunction, or inadvertent window closure. Centercode's new Quick Save and Quick Update function will allow you to quickly save or submit changes to a piece of Content, Release, or Feature you are working on without leaving the page, allowing you to save your progress and continue working!
Get up to date information on the last country (based on IP) your users logged in from! The "Country (Auto Detected)" item has now been added to Community Filters and View options. This will display the last region from which a User accessed the platform (based on their IP address).

We listened to your feedback and made some big improvements to our servers. Our IT team has been hard at work to fix performance issues and to stop 502 Gateway errors from happening when servers are under heavy load.
A fresh round of updates and improvements are on the way! In the latest patch we've
improved Regression feature functionality and reporting, added a contextual warning message during the project cloning process, and added phase information to Simple List Feedback Cards. In addition, throughout the month, we've continually deployed several bug fixes which we've also listed below.
Regression Features are now present on all applicable Dashboards! If your Regression Feature was tested in a past Phase, that Phase's Dashboard will now include Regression Feature data. In addition, the Feature Dashboard for a Regression Feature will now include it's complete history, not just it's most recent Phase.
Not everything in a Project can be cloned 1-for-1. We've added contextual messaging to the Project Cloning page to indicate which parts of your non-static Template won't be cloned into the new Project.
We've added a new tag to Feedback Cards (rows) on your Feedback Simple List. This tag shows you which Phase the Feedback's related Feature is in, giving you valuable context right on the surface. Note that this Phase indicator is only visible to Admin accounts - testers can't see your Phase names.
Centercode wishes you season's greetings! In the latest patch we've introduced several updates to user account info collection and verification, as well as several improvements to the Feedback Simple List. In addition, throughout the month, we've continually deployed several bug fixes which we've also listed below.
New and improved functionality to help you show the results of your test! Presentation Mode for Project Dashboards has been completely revamped, providing a slick new experience for Teams presenting their Project data to stakeholders.

Get up to date account information before you begin a new test! A new Notice Type was created for Content Notices that will prompt users for updates to selected Account data (Email, Address, and/or Phone #). Address data and geographic reporting were updated to work with these new configurations.
We've introduced a new data point dubbed Feedback Velocity. Based on a seven day calculation, this metric indicates which Feedback is getting the most attention from your testers and the biggest boost in popularity. If you're looking to put out product fires, Velocity shows you where the heat is building!
We've doubled the power of our API-driven Address functionality -- The User Account pages now allows for the collection of two distinct forms of address! Use this to collect a combination of standard office, home, shipping, or another address.
Get the Feedback information you need faster and easier than ever before! The Feedback Simple List view was dramatically enhanced with a better look and feel, more useful details, and inclusion of the new Feedback Velocity indicator.
