Stop and smell the flowers this May - throughout the month we've delivered continual bug fixes, and our improvements for the month are focused on cleaning up the Ted email experience.

#Ted received in-site and in-email clean-up!

We've cleaned up various aspects of the Ted Adams experience. We've improved the menu icon to indicate if Ted is enabled or deactivated, updated the grammar and text used within certain email types, and fixed an issue with the Activity counts within Ted's "Daily Update" emails to administrators.

#Ted Communications

• Corrected an issue with the Activity count in the Ted Daily Update to provide accurate metrics to administrators.

#Custom Reports

• Report Element Filtering will once again display intended labels instead of database values for included criteria.
• Drill-down linking will now function as intended from Feature Engagement Reporting.

#Project Templates & Cloning

• Notice Macro structures and Notices baked into Survey form submit will now clone when Projects are cloned.
• Delta Enabled or Disabled state from a Project Template is now carried forward into cloned copies of that Project.

#User Authentication & SSO

• Filtering by Integration EA Source will once again return proper results.
• Deleted SSO Integrations will no longer store User associations in the data engine.

• An unusual dialog prompt will no longer be presented in place of a proper error message when removing erroneous User details.

During this patch, we're dramatically improving usability of Feedback Simple List, adding more details to Dashboards, and enhancing the Centercode Data Engine.

#Do you have a long User or Feedback List and just want to select ALL of them?

User and Feedback Management View/Filter results can now be selected by page or in total. This lets you trigger bulk Actions and Macros across all Users or Feedback results of your filters. 😎

Just click the "All" checkbox at the top of the list and you'll see the new dialogue option if your list spans multiple pages. Check it out in the screenshot below.

Test Participants can now toggle the Feedback Simple List to Feedback they have Voted on (new button).

In addition, we have cleaned up how Duplicate and Predictive Feedback are displayed, and we've differentiated Excluded Status items.

Lastly, we tidied up how previous filtering is stored. It now uses the URL in place of Cookies for a more consistent user experience as admins navigate or link to and from the Simple List.

#Dive Deeper in your Delta Huddle Dashboard

We've added an awesome Phase Review section to the Delta Huddle Dashboard! A quick, informative overview of the features in the current active phase, the most recently closed phase, and the upcoming phase.

#Status Intents Impact Feedback and Dashboards

We've tuned Status Intent so that Resolved-Exclude intents are more accurately reflected on the Feedback Simple List and within Dashboards! Feedback marked as Resolved-Exclude will no longer have any impact on numerous metrics and calculations across the platform. This includes dashboards, Ted emails, and Feedback Impact stats.

#Improved Defaults for Visual Themes

Themes now default with gradient option disabled.

Continued efforts to polish C17. Dozens of UI and smaller functional issues were addressed in this release, as well as more mobile application tuning!
