#A quick one-time check on your next sign-in

What's new: We've added enhanced back-end security to the platform. Almost all of it runs where you'll never see it, but one part won't: the next time you sign in, you'll pass through a brief account verification screen. It's a one-time step, it only takes a moment, and then you're on your way.

See it in action:

Sign in to your community the way you normally would. A short verification screen appears while we confirm your account. You land on your home page, and you won't see the screen again. 🎉

Good to know:

In the unlikely event the new security measures lock someone out, clearing it works exactly like clearing a wrong-password lockout. A community admin triggers a password reset on the account and the lockout lifts. Our Account management FAQ walks through the steps.
