SSO sign-in now works even when your login provider skips the email

What we fixed: If you invited someone to a project and they signed in through SSO, they could get stuck at the door when their identity provider didn't hand over an email address. Even when their real email matched the one you invited, Centercode had nothing to match it against, so they were left standing on the welcome mat. We taught Centercode to reconcile the invite's email with the authenticated SSO identity, so these folks can sail right through.

See it in action:

  1. Invite a user to a project by their email address.
  2. Have them sign in through your SSO provider, even one that doesn't return an email in its response.
  3. They complete sign-in and land in the project. No more dead ends! 🎉

Good to know: This was a rare edge case, but a total roadblock when it hit. Affected invitees had no way in, and there was no workaround on our side. If your identity provider keeps email addresses close to the vest, you're covered now.
