- Reports created by a user that has been merged into a different user will no longer require an edit to then begin refreshing properly.
Form Engine & Custom Surveys
- Adjusting access to matrix or stack rank form elements via the overview quick icons will now include each row properly.

- Email footer messaging on Jira external destination failure messages was corrected.
